New local brand Mr Weekender is all about skincare for the outdoorsy guy that wants to ward
away weather-beaten skin and premature ageing. The range includes face wash that easily washes away dirt and sunscreen, a cleansing face pad and nourishing moisturiser. There’s also the Toolkit
(a perfect Christmas gift!), which includes all of the above, in a reusable aluminum tin that can
be repurposed for things like surf accessories and fishing tackle. Mr Weekender’s range is designed
and made in Aotearoa, is cruelty free and only uses naturally derived, nourishing ingredients.
It’s also a company that looks to take care of the environment, and the recyclable aluminium packaging is a big tick from us.‍
