What's new at Mount Maunganui's House of Yoga.
If you’d like to teach yin yoga, or just deepen your knowledge and practice, House of Yoga is offering a 50-hour yin teacher training course, 24–29 August, with experienced teacher Daphne Luke. Other highlights at the studio include the Men’s Stretching on Sundays at 10.15am, where the focus is on dealing with typically tight areas (shoulders, hips and hamstrings), plus abs to support back issues. For newbies, there’s the Beginners 10-week Course, where you can learn the basics before joinin
g a public class, and there’s also hot yoga at 7am Saturdays, designed for people of all levels.
Most classes are available live via Zoom, too.
