Casual Kitchen was founded by chef Grant Mclellan, who started creating frozen meals from his modified garage, using homegrown produce, mainly for the elderly market. He soon realised there was a much wider audience for his nutritionally balanced, flavoursome offerings, such as Hand-me-down beef lasagne, Take My Time pulled lamb filo, and vego tagine.
